*ROOM PARENT OPPORTUNITIES IN CLASSROOM ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD
Being a room parent is a great way to get to know the other kids in your child’s class, your teacher, and other parents. And the best part is that the kids LOVE what room parents do. You are not alone, you have the support of an experience PTO that will ideas for all room parties. Parents are always willing to pitch in and help – they just need someone to organize information. Don’t want to do it alone – grab another parent and take on the task together.
Room parents organize three classroom parties each year for Halloween, Winter Holidays and Valentine’s Day. They may also work with the teacher on other projects throughout the year as needed. Your kiddo will love having you in the classroom a little more. This is a fun way to contribute to Hutch!
