Come for the ICE CREAM, stay for the GAMES, IMAGINATION PLAYGROUND and JOY!
We almost let this annual event slip our minds (sorry!), but from 9:30 – 10:30 am, Hutchinson is serving up ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST (for purchase at $3 a ticket) and providing our COMMUNITY WITH GAMES, IMAGINATION PLAYGROUND FUN, and plenty of other Joy-filled moments. We hope to see you there!
Imagination Playground is a part of our Makerspace resource pack and we’d LOVE for you to see it in action. Our kit includes bricks and cylinders, accented with chutes, channels and parts that suggest motion or connectivity. They inspire children to design their own inventions, environments and activities.
These modular, rectilinear parts are easy to stack, line up and move around. Children enjoy an endless variety of play patterns including construction, pretend play, role-playing and inventing their own games. Most importantly, they are deeply engaged, active and have hours of fun.
Imagination Playground is made out of waterproof foam, the blocks are resistant to mold, mildew, corrosion, and microorganisms. Introducing breakthrough technologies, these highly durable parts can even be recycled.
